Srsly. I forgot you existed.

So a lot has changed since the last time we met. That “big week ahead” that I was talking about? Job interview. In Topeka. And I got it. So my entire life changed in about a two week period. Many tears were shed (mostly by myself and my mother) but I’ve made it through the first few months of being away from my family. It’s different.  Sometimes I miss them terribly (read: dogs too) but this is definitely an experience that I need to have.  I’m not sure where I’m going where I’m going after this…perhaps something bigger….but maybe not. I don’t really care to think about it right now though.  Planning ahead doesn’t sound all that appealing.

I’m going to post on this more. I forgot how fun you are tumblr!!

This weekend was a good one. Correction, this weekend was a GREAT one.  It was great to see Megan, Shannon & Kelsey again.  Even though we haven’t been together for 6 months, it feels like we picked up right where we left off.
